The
"Stroitel" EAD (JSC) - Razgrad is a legal successor to the
Obshtostoritelno Predpriyatie (General Building Enterprise) under the SMK
(Integrated Erecting Works) - Razgrad, and later the municipal firm
"Stroitel". The enterprise was privatized on
31.03. 2000. The management-and-employee company "Stroitel-99"
OOD (Ltd.) is the owner of 100% of the
shares.
We
have an established position in high-rise building by the systems large-area
formwork, packet-lifting plates and all kinds of monolithic construction
of residential, cultural and industrial buildings, reconstruction and
repair work.
Almost
all impressive buildings in the ton of Razgrad were built by our firm: the
new Dramatic Theatre, the Trading Centre and the Regional Health Insurance
Fund, the residential districts "Osvobozhdenie" and "Mladi
Semeistva", the annex to the Economical Technical School, the animal
market in the village of Getsovo, the reconstruction of the buildings of
the Foreign Language Secondary School, the Bulbank, the First Eastern
International Bank and the town stadium. We participated successfully in
the Beautiful Bulgaria Project in Razgrad last year. We completed the
following objects under the project: the building of the Regional
Directorate of Internal Affairs, the Army Club, the Club of the Officers
of the Reserve.
We
specialize in the performance of the following erecting work: excavation,
formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, painting,
tinsmith's, and also waterproofing work with gas-flame sticking,
construction of light separating walls, hung ceilings, electric and
plumbing installations of buildings, flooring, lining and facing.
We

Despite
of the crisis in our branch and the serious reduction in investments in
construction we managed to preserve our qualified engineers and building
workers. The average number of our staff is 217 people at the moment.
We
have established our company as a sub-agent of the
"Glavbolgarstroy". As such we carried out the complete
construction of 427 apartments in Russia and Ukraine in the period 1992-1997.
We continue our cooperation with the "Glavbolgarstroy-Sofia" AD
(JSC). We participated in the construction of the Hilton Hotel and the
term dwellings of the MPs and the reconstruction of the Central Department
Store. We are building at the Slatina Market and the Centre for Guidance
of the Aviation - Sofia.
